A Refund can be given if:
- Product is damaged or defective.
- A different product is delivered.
- Incomplete/partial order is delivered.
- Address is correct and still order is not delivered.
Refund can not be given if:
- Issue is reported after 24 hours of delivery.
- Proper photos evidence are not provided.
- Recipient's address and contct details are incorrect or incomplete.
- Order is cancelled after shipping.
- Order undelivered due to customer's mistake.
- There is delay in delivery due to third party courer/shipping partner.
- Delay in delivery due to shutdown, flood, act of God, public holidays or non working days.
- Customer has charges cash back
- No refund on perishable items will be given
- No refund if customer has filed a charge back, written any bad review or miss-behaved with our customer care team.
Refund Process:
After receiving the refund request the concern department examins the case and checks all facts and figures.
We even discuss few things with the customer and if order is elidigible for refund we initated the refund.
Refund is an online process and it takes only few minutes from our end to initiate but it can take upto 10 working days to reflect the refunded amount back in customer's account.
Important Note:
- In all senarios Photo evidence is required, we request to share photos of received products (Including packing).
- All refund related issues shall be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- In some orders like Rakhi we can send a similar one or a product with higher value.
- We respect our customers and expect same for our customer care team.
- No refund if charge back was filed.
- No refund if bad review was written.
- No refund if misbehaved with customer care.
