Our Policies and Guidelines

  1. Website Content: The content on this website is for general information and use only. It is subject to updates or changes without prior notice.
  2. Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify the prices of any gifts without prior notice. Similarly, the terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
  3. Product Descriptions: Customers must carefully read product descriptions and shipping details before placing an order.
  4. Accurate Shipping Details: It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery issues and Rakhi.ca will not be responsible for this.
  5. Delivery Services:
    • We use reliable third-party courier companies and strive to meet delivery timelines. However, delays caused by these companies are beyond our control, and refunds are not issued in such cases.
    • We cannot update or change shipping details once the order is shipped. Redirection to a new address is not possible.
  6. Order Disputes: For any disputes, customers must send a formal email to info@Rakhi.com With in 7 days of delivery. Complaints received later will not be entertained.
  7. Order Processing: Orders are processed on a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) basis. Late orders placed close to the occasion may be delivered on the next working day or later.
  8. Defects or Damage:
    • Any defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. Beyond this timeframe, the product will be considered used, and replacement requests will not be accepted.
    • Customers must return damaged products for replacements and bear courier charges in case of exchanges/returns.
  9. Delivery on Date oriented festivals/occasions:
    • Cakes and Flowers will be deliver on exact chosen date.
    • The general preferred delivery date is just for an idea of delivery we do not commit to deliver gifts of exact same day. We always strive best to deliveries on preferred delivery dates but since we are using third parties for delivery some delays can happen in some situations.
  10. Uncontrollable Delays: We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by events such as floods, fires, wars, natural disasters or work stoppage by delivery partner.
  11. Delivery Timelines:
    • Orders are delivered between 9 AM to 5 PM on working days. No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
    • Orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next working day.
    • Specific delivery dates are applicable only for perishable gifts like flowers, cakes, and fruits.
  12. Tracking Information:
    • Tracking numbers are provided for trackable orders only. Non-trackable items are not eligible for tracking or responsibility claims.
    • Customers must check order statuses online via the courier's website. If no updates are visible within 24 hours of shipment, customers must notify us promptly.
  13. Missed Deliveries: If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery the courier may leave the package at the doorstep, mailbox or leave a calling card for self collection from local collection point/depot.
  14. Complimentary Items: Complimentary items such as Roli, Chawal, packing material, and greeting cards are included with Rakhi orders. No refund will be issued against complimentary items.
  15. Alternative Services: If the selected courier does not serve the destination, we will choose an alternative service to ensure delivery.
  16. Perishable Goods Policy: Refunds are not provided for perishable items returned or undelivered due to customer errors or non-collection.
  17. Order Cancellations:
    • Cancellation requests must be received on the same day via phone or email at info@Rakhi.com. Refunds for cancelled orders may take up to 15 working days.
    • Order can be cancelled until it’s not shipped, once the order is shipped it can’t be cancelled.
  18. Refund Policy:
    • No refunds are issued for errors caused by customers, such as incorrect addresses or non-collection.
    • Returned orders due to incorrect addresses require the customer to pay redelivery and return charges.
  19. User Responsibility: Customers must provide authentic information. We reserve the right to verify and reject any user registration without explanation.
  20. Credit Card Fraud: Users are responsible for ensuring legitimate use of credit cards. Rakhi.ca is not liable for fraudulent card transactions.
  21. Minimum Age Requirement: Users confirm they are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
  22. Complaints: Complaints must be submitted within 10 days of the order date. Complaints/disputes informed after 10 days will not be considered for review.
  23. Floral Arrangements: Flower arrangements shown on the website are indicative. Substitutions of equal or higher value may be made if specific items are unavailable.
  24. Third-Party Involvement: For some products we partner with third parties for services and do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of their offerings.
  25. Copyrights and Trademarks: The website’s design, content, and graphics are protected by copyright law and cannot be reproduced without permission.
  26. Links to Other Websites: External links provided are for convenience only. Rakhi.ca is not responsible for their content or practices.
  27. Order Self collection: Timeline for self collection of shipment is 3 working days. If the shipment is not collected within this timeframe, Rakhi.ca will not be held responsible for any loss or damage. Please note that no claims or refunds will be entertained under such circumstances.
